Description Do you find your dough sticks to your cane/wicker proving baskets? This handy cotton liner will stop your dough from sticking and help with a hassle-free bake! We recommend you dust your liner with brown rice flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Brown rice flour is gluten-free whilst the gluten in wheat and rye flours can potentially cause them to stick to the liner. Fits 750g-1kg round proving baskets.
